Message
Box General Info
Message Box offers a unified space where you can
receive and send all types of messaging that you use
for your everyday communication needs as well as
keep your contacts, tasks, notes and calendar
information. You can now have one set of data
(contacts, calendar, emails, voicemails etc.)
available and synchronized from all the devices you
use for your communication needs (mobile phone, pda,
pc, fixed phone).
Message Box can be accessed from wherever you are,
as long as there is an internet connection and from
any internet enable device (pc, mobile, pda etc).
With Message Box you do not have to worry if your
computer has crashed or is lost. All your data is
immediately available to you via the internet.
Message Box among other features allows you to:

Send emails SMS, MMS and fax messages and
receive emails, voice mails, missed call
notifications, fax messages.

Synchronize your data between your mobile phone
and Message Box (ActiveSync/ Syncml).

Automatically forward your emails (push email)
to your mobile phone and immediately synchronize
your contacts, calendar and task information.

Create SMS notifications for tasks and calendar
events.

Chat with your friends on MSN, Yahoo and AOL.

Call your Message Box via a fixed or mobile
phone and listen to your e-mails, voice
messages, calendar events, contacts etc.

To subscribe to the service you need to register a Cytanet
email address or a Cytanet
hosted email address and a Cytamobile-Vodafone number and/or
a Broadband Telephony (BBT) number. Based on the type of the
telephone numbers that you register, different features are
available to your Message Box service.

A detailed description of the features that are
available based on the type of the telephone numbers that
you register, is listed below:
When you register a Cytanet hosted email address and a
BBT telephone number

Send, receive and read your emails over the web via the Cytanet message box (based on Microsoft Outlook web
access).

Send SMS and ΜΜS via the web.

Receive SMS notification for all the types of incoming
messages to your message box as well as calendar events
i.e. meetings, reminders etc.

Use instant messaging for real-time chatting with your
contacts on MSN, Yahoo and AOL (based on Microsoft
Communicator web access).

Converge your voicemail boxes (BBT voicemail and mobile
voicemail) to a single voice box.
-
Receive your voicemails to your message box.

Activate the Web Conference service to schedule and manage meetings
over the web with friends or associates.

Receive missed call notification to your message box for
calls that were not answered on your mobile phone or on
your BBT phone.

Call your Message Box via fixed or mobile phones so that
you can have your e-mails, calendar events or contacts
read or listen to voice messages and manage personal
options.

Upgrade your mailbox size to more than 1GB.

Message Box Pricing Information
There are two types of charges that apply to the Message Box
service:

A monthly subscription that is relative to the type of
telephone number/s registered.
-
Per usage charges when an SMS, MMS, fax message or an
SMS notification is generated.
In addition to the above in case the user wishes to upgrade
the 1 GB mailbox that is offered as part of the service an
additional monthly subscription applies per GB upgrade.
